Current Progress

Elevation 3 (above car park entrance) is on schedule to have all cavity barriers and external insulation completed by 17/03. Final sections of the bracketry system will then be installed before the elevation is ready for cladding panels and finishes.

Elevation 5 (Spencer St) is at a similar stage to Elevation 3 but around 1 week less progressed as it started at a later date. This means that all structural remedials, new windows, all weatherproofing and cladding support systems have been installed.

Recent Key Milestones

• Installation of windows to Elevation 3 and Elevation 5 has been successfully completed.
• These two elevations are now fully weatherproofed and sealed.
• Enabling works for Elevation 4 (corner of Spencer St & Prospect St) complete with scaffold adaptions being completed.

Planned Works for the Next Month

• Cavity barriers and external insulation works will continue on Elevation 5.
• Cladding installation is planned to commence during this period to both Elevation 3 and Elevation 5.
• Additional mast climber to be installed to Elevation 4.

Potential Disruption to Residents
Internal finishing works around windows will be carried out. Our team will engage directly with residents to coordinate access and minimise inconvenience.
