Expected Disturbance
From 12th May 2025, we aim to begin scaffold erection to the rear elevation. Whilst we aim to keep disruption to a minimum, there will be intermittent noise during the works that are simply unavoidable. Please be assured that we will take all reasonable steps to reduce noise levels as much as possible and will schedule particularly noisy activities during standard working hours.
Upon completion of scaffold installation, the first task will be to remove all metal balustrades on the rear elevation which will unfortunately result in the sliding doors being out of use whilst works are completed, however we will endeavour to replace these as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these essential works.
