Notification of Upcoming Cladding Remediation Works
We are writing to introduce ourselves as HRS Cladding. We are the contractor that has been appointed to carry out cladding remediation works on the Kemley House apartment building. HRS Cladding have extensive experience in delivering safe and efficient cladding remediation projects, specialising in works on occupied residential buildings.
We understand that living in a building under construction can be disruptive, and we are committed to minimising any inconvenience while maintaining the highest safety standards throughout the project.
Commencement of Works
The works will officially commence on 24th March 2025, with the following initial activities:
- Site Set-Up: Establishing welfare facilities and material storage within the car park area. As well as temporary power and water connections.
- Investigation Works: Accessing various areas around the building perimeter to inspect the façade and assist with design. This will involve operating a scissor lift on the footpath for access.
From 31st March 2025, we aim to begin scaffold / mast climber construction around the building to provide safe access for the main remediation works. This phase will take approximately two weeks to complete.
Expected Disturbance
While we aim to keep disruption to a minimum, there will be intermittent noise during the works that are simply unavoidable. Please be assured that we will take all reasonable steps to reduce noise levels as much as possible and will schedule particularly noisy activities during standard working hours.

We recognise that these works may be quite daunting at this stage and we will provide a more detailed update prior to works commencing, this will give a better idea of:
- The sequence of works and key milestones.
- Site access arrangements and any potential impact on residents.
